TimberTaste Refund / Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • CANCELLATIONS: -
    • 1.1. Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product (except made-to-order products) at any time prior to its delivery by writing us at timbertaste@yahoo.com. For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per our refunds policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to the customer’s home for delivery purposes.
    • 1.2. Cancellation after delivery - Products once delivered cannot be returned. On the off chance that you receive a damaged or defective product. In case there are manufacturing defects post delivery, we will treat it as an After Sales complaint. Such products will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by our experts.
    • 1.3. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.
  • RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS: -
    • 1.4. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our customer service by writing in to timbertaste@yahoo.com.
    • 1.5. Upon receiving your complaint, Samarth Enterprises shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If Samarth Enterprises thinks that the complaint is genuine, Samarth Enterprises will take the necessary action(s) required to resolve it.
    • 1.6. In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:
      • a) Please notify Samarth Enterprises of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Samarth Enterprises shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.
      • b) Any product(s) you wish to return should be in an unused condition. In the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.
      • c) If required, Samarth Enterprises will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. However, in non-serviceable areas, you will be required to deliver the product to our nearest Delivery Centre (in a different city from your city) at your own cost and risk within 7 (seven) days of your complaint.
      • d) The returned products will be subject to verification and checks by Samarth Enterprises in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. Also, if the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Samarth Enterprises reserves the right to take legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Samarth Enterprises in this regard.
    • 1.7. If a product returned is duly accepted by Samarth Enterprises, Samarth Enterprises may take either of the following step-:
        • a) If the product can be repaired at your delivery address/residence, Samarth Enterprises will get the same repaired there and then; or
        • b) If the product can be repaired at the service centre, Samarth Enterprises will get the same repaired and send it back to you, subject to the logistic mode as provided above; or
        • c) If the product is not available with the vendor, Samarth Enterprises shall replace the product with a similar product of your choice of the similar amount. In the event the amount of the replaced product is more that the amount of the original product, you will be required to pay the differential amount and if the amount of the replaced product is less that the amount of the original product, Samarth Enterprises will give you a promo code of the differential amount for further use.
  • REFUNDS: -
    • 1.8. If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:
      • a) The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Samarth Enterprises.
      • b) The refund amount for the order paid vide cash on delivery option, will be initiated within 4-6 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.
      • c) The refund vides a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Samarth Enterprises.
      • d) A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or Samarth Enterprises.
